Charles Kosman Passes Away

![]() Charles Robert Kosman, 69, of Wichita Falls died Thursday, Feb. 12, 2009. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Monday February 16th at the chapel of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls with Minister Neely Carter officiating. Services are under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls. Mr. Kosman worked for AT&T as a craftsman. He was a Texas VHF-FM Society board member and News Editor. Survivors include wife, Susan Kosman of Wichita Falls; children, Christopher of Annadale, N.J., Irene Tannenbaum of Lovettsville, Va., Dan Bartlett of East Bernard, Texas, and Tiffany Talley of Archer City; and six grandchildren. The family will receive friends following the service. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Wichita Falls, P.O. New Bylaws Change

At the summer meeting, the membership voted to approve the proposed Bylaws change to allow voting for Directors via the Society's web site in addition to being able to vote in person at the summer meeting each year. The amended language is now incorporated into Section 3.1.2 of the Bylaws and can be found by clicking General Information, Bylaws from the main menu.
